JOINT PROVIDERSHIP


The Southern Alliance for Physician Specialties CME is pleased to offer joint providership for activities that meet the mission of SAPS CME. If you or a member of your planning committee is a member of one of the SAPS CME Member organizations, you will be eligible for discounted fees. Joint Providership Fees are based on both activity hours and participants. If you would like to apply for joint providership, please fill out the Joint Providership Pre-Application here. You will be informed of your approval or if you need to provide more documentation.

Once approved, you will be provided with a resource kit from SAPS CME which includes an activity planning document, Letter of Agreement for grants, sample disclosure forms for speakers and activity planners and the SAPS CME conflict resolution policies. Our staff will also be available to assist and guide you to make sure you are following all of the ACCME policies and procedures.

Joint Providership Fees

MEMBERS
For activities with 20 or more attendees:
  • $500 – Application Fee
  • $150 – Per Credit Hour
  • $25 – Per participant
For activities with less than 20 attendees and up to 8 hours credit:
  • $60 per attendee – Flat fee
  • $130 per credit hour after 8 hours
Journal Clubs
  • $500 per year
NON MEMBERS
  • $650 – Application Fee
  • $200 – Per Credit Hour
  • $25 – Per participant
Journal Clubs
  • $800 per year

Fees for regularly scheduled series will be determined on a case by case basis.
